If you’re having trouble connecting to HidzoVPN, don’t worry. Connection issues can happen for a number of reasons, and most are easy to fix.

HidzoVPN requires an active internet connection to work. Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data before trying to connect.

On your first connection attempt, HidzoVPN will ask for permission to add a VPN configuration to your device. If this permission isn’t granted, the connection won’t work.

If you missed the prompt, go to your device settings and allow VPN configuration for HidzoVPN.

3. Server Issues

Sometimes the server you’re trying to connect to may be temporarily unavailable.

Try switching to another server in the list.

If the server is down, HidzoVPN will attempt to reconnect, but choosing another location often works faster.

4. Configuration Errors

In rare cases, the configuration data from the server may not load correctly.

Restart the app and try connecting again.

If the problem continues, switch servers and reconnect.

5. Connection Blocked

If the VPN connects but can’t complete a ping test, it may mean the connection is being blocked.

Try another server.
